Import Contacts to Windows 7 Yahoo! Messenger from other Sites

Adding contacts in Yahoo! Messenger chat application’s messenger list is a simple process and users can add contacts simply by right clicking on them following the process. Since Yahoo! Messenger is now considered as a global communication media it also allows users to import contacts from several other social networking sites such as Orkut etc. This allows users to synchronize all their social networking sites and messengers so that they can stay in touch with their friends according to the availability of the media. 1. Logon to Yahoo! Messenger application by providing appropriate credentials in its interface.

2. On the main interface click on Contacts menu and then from the available list click on Import Contacts.

3. In the opened box check the checkbox indicating the social network site as required and provide appropriate credentials of the chosen site.

4. Check I give Yahoo! permission to send my e-mail account information to TrueSwitch for the sole purpose of obtaining contacts checkbox and click on Continuebutton.
