Define Availability Status in Yahoo! Messenger in Windows 7
Although Yahoo! Messenger allows users to specify their availability status before logging on to the messenger in which the available options are that users can sign-in in invisible mode. Invisible mode allows users to stay hidden from other chat users which are added in the friend lists so that they can be online without getting disturbed at all. However Yahoo! Messenger also provides several other features to specify users’ availability status once they are logged on. The other available options are Online Busy and Invisible to everyone. Moreover users can also specify their own customized availability status messages to let other users know about them. As Yahoo! Messenger user in Windows 7 if you want to change your availability status from invisible to online or busy you are required to follow the steps provided below:

Logon to Windows 7 computer on which Yahoo! Messenger is installed and make sure that you are logged on to the messenger by providing appropriate credentials.

On the available interface click on Messenger menu available at top left corner and from the list go to My Availability.

From the available submenu choose the appropriate availability option by clicking on it.

The selected availability status will be displayed to all other users who are in your friend’s list.
