Associate Multiple Email Addresses with Facebook Account

There are many websites which allow users to logon to their domains using their e-mail addresses. Same is the case with Facebook. However Facebook offers one unique feature that is not available with any other website not at least with any social networking site. With the help of this feature users can add multiple e-mail addresses which they can use while logging on to Facebook accounts. Adding multiple e-mail addresses to a single Facebook account ensures that if the security of any one e-mail address is compromised users can retrieve their passwords using alternate e-mail addresses. Account holders can use any of the associated e-mail addresses to logon to Facebook account though. As a Facebook account user if you want to add multiple e-mail addresses you can follow the steps given below:

1. Logon to your Facebook account by providing credentials.

2. Click on the link that shows your name from the top left corner of the page.

3. On the next page click on Edit Profile button from the top right corner.

4. On the newly opened page from the left section click on Contact Information.

5. From the right section under Emails category click on Add/Remove Emails link.

6. On Account Settings page click on Add another email link under Emails section.

7. On the available New Email field specify the desired e-mail address and click on Save Changesbutton.

   

8. Provide password if required by the site.
